Technology Overview
NatureSeal
is a blend of vitamins and minerals that keep cut produce fresh. Our
product line is allergen, and sulfite-free; and Kosher certified.
The formulations maintain the natural taste, texture and color of
fresh-cut fruit and vegetables.
NatureSeal
was jointly developed and patented with the
USDA - Agricultural Research Service. The NatureSeal line of
products has grown to include formulations that treat everything
from avocados and carrots to potatoes and papayas.
We service three principal
markets:
processors,
food service, and
grocery/retail. We work closely with our customers to help them
provide the finest fresh-cut fruit and vegetables available today.
NatureSeal is committed to
the highest standards in quality, service and support. Our R&D
division is continually developing new products that provide our
customers the widest array of fresh-cut solutions; our sales team
listens to what our customers need, the challenges they face and the
environment each one operates in. We believe that our success is

Applications

different produce items.

are achieving excellent results with NatureSeal's products in
all consumer channels (grocery, convenience, quick serve
restaurants and schools).

Beyond antioxidants, FreshXtend has significant technical
experience in fresh-cut flowers and can be a value-added
resource in optimizing production and packaging.
